Abilities
Before she lost her powers, Cold Snap had the ability to generate ice from her hands. Unable to fly under her own power, She relied on her vast wealth to aquire all kinds of top-secret, state-of-the-art flying devices such as stealth jets and gliders. Her signature means of flight was her hover sled, which was powered by anti-grav magnetics and was controlled by her helmet.

Her base of operations is a secret hideout she dubbed the "ice cave" which she still maintains. Hidden deep beneath stately Winterfield Manor, this "cave" was actually constructed for her, built to her high-society specifications. The hideout contains the most modern computer equipment money can buy and it is large enough to accommodate her various trophies and jet collection. It is elegant and climate controlled for maximum comfort. The floors, walkways and walls are made of a rare crystal that can confuse all types of radar and scanning equipment keeping it well hidden. And lastly, a wading pool surrounds the entire cave for her to bask in when the mood strikes her.

Biography
Alicia Winterfield III is a rich socialite who once enjoyed a secret life as the thrill-seeking super-villain Cold Snap. She discovered at an early age that she could generate ice and cold. Growing up wealthy with everything provided to her, she often grew aggrivatingly bored. In order to relieve her boredom, she invented the alter-ego Cold Snap and set about causing all kinds of mischief in Golden Bay City.

As her ablities grew along with her thrill-seeking nature, Cold Snap soon found herself considered a full-fledged super-villain. She even confronted the likes of Captain Cosmos during the height of her career. Very clever and crafty, Alica was always able to elude capture by the heroes of her day. No one ever suspected that one of the city's wealthiest members was in fact, also one of its craftiest villains.

Cold Snap's villainous career continued for years until the fateful day she encountered the soon to be super hero Jillian Summers, later known at Sunstar. Attempting to completely freeze the Golden Bay Bridge and bring the city to an icy stop, Cold Snap never dreamed she would be confronted by a teenager, who had only just discovered her powers. After their brief battle, Cold Snap was left all but powerless. No longer a contender among her fellow villains, she quietly slipped out of public view. Cold Snap was on what seemed to be a permanent hiatus. Alicia vowed that one day, somehow she would regain her powers and avenge herself against Sunstar.

After years of patiently waiting, Alicia's opportunity for vengeance arrived in the form of Zack Savinski, a brilliant ex-W.H.O.TECH engineer. She first laid eyes on Zack while watching a news show that featured his latest escapade and arrest. Realizing that a disgruntled former W.H.O engineer could provide the means to regain her powers, she paid his bail and took him under her wing. In exchange for Zack's power-enhancing gauntlets, Alicia would provide the funding for Zack's various projects, as well as tutor him in the arts of super-villainy. As they continued to collaborate, the unlikely pair later developed, what can only be described as, an uncomfortable and awkward romance.

Together the pair intend to rid the world of their arch-rivals and wreak havoc across the globe.

Cold Snap's loyal bodyguards, Ebony and Ivory, were both go-go dancers at a gay dance club where she discovered them. They gladly gave up their thongs in the service of one of the most fabulous super-villainesses who ever lived.
